both sexes do it and it is caused by the body sudden loss of heat the shivering is the body creating friction (same thing as if you was to rub your hands viguorsly) it is a body controlled action...as for the twitches I can only think it could be a need for some potassium or something about the intake of minerals and such...I could explain in better detail to both of these then I would write a book so you will have to be satisfied with this.

you mean the "piss shiver"? a girl told me they do it too...
its because when you pee , it lowers your body temp a little bit , and tricks your body to shiver a little to replace the heat
