I doubt very much it is legal and who ever is advertising must be awfully ugly or no personality to have a go advertising sex on the
Yahoo internet fell sorry for who ever it is.

As long as they are not talking about exchange of money for services (a la prostitution) or requesting minors, then they can advertise for sex all they like.

No,It is not legal.They can get in lot's of trouble if they get Reported.Now some kid do it gust to play around maybe.I don't know of anything else.
