It seemed that these two paragraph contradict each other. But which one do u prefer to show to ur little son/daughter? 1st or 2nd?
----And the 3rd day there was a marriagein Canaa of Galilee, and the mother of Jesuswas there, both Jesus was called, and this disciples, to the marriage,. and when they wantedwine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, they have no wine.Jesus saith unto her, 'Women, what I have to do with thee? Mine hour is not yet come.'
----And (hath made me) dutiful toward her who bore me, and hath not made me arrogant, unblest. Peace on me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive.

I'm just asking which version seem to u, would be nicer to show to ur kiddo. Not what version they are? Honestly tell me.
Suppose that the first is quoted from the Catholic, and the 2nd is from Mormon, let's say. Without basing ur faith, honestly tell me which version u prefer?

Let me make it easy. Maybe u all have difficulties to understand the problem here. The 1st statement shows that Jesus called his mother, "Women, what i have to do with u?". Clearly, Jesus talked rude, and arrogant to his 'container' aka his mother. If Jesus can talked rudely to her mother, then why Christians can't? It is easy to understand that what good for the master, is also good for his followers.
The 2nd one contradict clearly with the 1st one. Jesus is described as 'kind' and 'unarrogant' to the women who bore him aka his mother.
So my question, which moral do u want to teach ur progeny, aka kid. Do u want ur child to be rude to u, or to be kind to u? That why i asking u to answer honestly. I would choose the 2nd one without hesitate. what about u guys?
