Flirt with her. Go at times when it is not busy, so you can talk to her without interfering with her work too much. Tell her how wonderful she is. Tip her very well for a couple of visits, then slide her your phone number and ask her what she is doing after work and if she is not too busy would she like to go have a drink somewhere or see a movie or whatever.

personally man, i think its innapropiate to hit on waitresses, since they are basically forced to be nice to you, its part of their job. Ive had some 'friend girls' complain to me about gettin hit on at work, and if u think about it its a bit unfair to them. Ide say they're just flirting for a big tip, not because they're interested. But if you dare... write you number on a napkin and watch her not call.... LMAO gl
