OK sweetie. Why are you so thin? Do you eat enough...athletic or not you must eat healthy. If your body is deprived of what it needs it can cause you all kinds of problems. Now are you athletic because you want to be or because your parents want you to? That could be the problem. When is the last time you've been to the Dr. for a real exam, not your athletic physical? Have you had any blood work lately, they need to check for diabetes, anaemia, Vitamin B, thyroid and lots of things. If this is an on going thing talk to mom or dad or
grandma, the person that you know will stand with you and go with you.OK? Please do this because you should be a kid and be happy more than sad. May God bless you and you go to the person you trust most and tell them how you've been feeling and that you want to go for help. Bye!

First off there is nothing wrong in crying. Your body is going through changes now and will continue to for some time. So you are gonna have those crying moments, serious moments and happy moments but it is normal I assure you. It's hard when you start growing up. There are so many things that can affect us. As females we have those moods and it is ok. Do talk to your Mom about this, include her in. I am sure you would love to be a part of this transition. One to help and support you besides people on line you do not even know. I assure you she will be so glad you did. Moms are special, don't close her out, ok?

Poor Baby, it must seem like a heck of a cruel senseless world, and a large part of it certainly is. Try to see the other parts. Know that your life is for the experience and your life is much longer than it is in that little body or even the grownup one. Try to give others the help and comfort you need yourself. Someone hears all your thoughts, and loves you and answers them. Figure out what you have to be happy about. You can be more use to others when you are strong than when you fold up and cry.

Just like menopause(the opposite of puberty) this all takes as long as it takes...just because you do not have periods does not mean you do not have female hormones rushing around seeing what they can change. The first thing that changes is how you feel...so welcome to the big leagues kid...an actual period may not rear up for a couple of years but everything is getting ready. Check out a book from the library and give it a look...

At 10 there are a number of hormonal explanations for you sudden out bursts of crying. It could be in fact that you are about to enter puberty and during that your moods change so rapidly and so frequently you dont know what you feel (trust me!).

But then it could be something less common, it could be depression. Depression is a serious illness and it would be best if you are worried about it to ask your parents, a trusted adult or a teacher to help you and just to talk. It is always a good step to see that you have taken the inititive to come online and ask for yourself. good job!

You have your whole life ahead of you and i wish you the best of luck! xoxo

sometimes this happens to everyone , but if its happening all the time maybe you should talk to someone about it. It could be hormones but you seem a little young for that yet. Maybe depression but I am not sure on that one, best to speak to someone, an adult.

I knew a woman who had this problem when she was around 20. Could be a chemical imbalance. Talk to your doctor.
