In your case, probably not, but you should've continued with the next day's pill. Your "period" is probably caused by the particular pills being non-medicated and is no longer related to your natural cycle (it's a controlled bleeding). They supply a week's worth of placebo to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day yet allow your body to cleanse itself regularly.

You can get pregnant while on your period. The pills you take during your period have NO birth control in them anyway--they are basically "sugar pills," or reminders to keep you taking them regularly. If it's been a short amount of time, go take the morning after pill if you're worried. If it's been longer, just wait for signs.
You should ALWAYS use a condom, even when on the pill. The pill is only 99% effective, and that's when used 100% correctly all the time, and if you're within a good weight for your height.

You're going to have a million people tell you NO. But don't listen to them I am one to tell you that you can. I had my second child 2 weeks ago and he was conceived while I was on my period. So yes you definitely can get pregnant on your period with a normal cycle. But if you are on the pill you should be ok even though I have had friends get pregnant on the pill, shot, ect. I am sure you are fine but I would take a test to be sure.

If you have read your instructions that come with taking the pill, missing one pill and taking it as soon as you remember (like the next morning) will probably keep you OK. Now, if you weren't on BC pills altogether, yes, you can get pregnant on your period. Just keep taking those pills everyday at the same time!

Yes you can get pregnant during your period. Especially if you miss a pill. Most likely in your situation, you won't be since it was only one day that you forgot... but it CAN happen, so be careful!

YES!!! Many Gyns will tell women, who are having trouble getting pregnant, to have sex during thier period. This is the best time to get pregnant, due to the fact, the egg is already in the uterus. Having a period is our way of getting rid of an unused egg.

you're honestly incorrect on the subject of once you will get pregnant. you are able to basically GET PREGNANT once you're approximately to/are/merely once you ovulate. there's a maximum of 5 days according to cycle you are able to honestly conceive that's from day 11/12 - 15/sixteen of your cycle. That pronounced, as no longer all people has everyday cycle hence in case you are attempting to dodge getting pregnant, then as a lower back up you ought to no longer have unprotected intercourse at each time, despite the fact that if in the time of your era is possibly the excellent time.
