As my fiance's bipolar, there are quite a bit more symptoms you should look at besides mood change. Energy, change? Do you have energy when you shouldn't have it (i.e. after being up a long time, going a long while with hardly any sleep), changes in appetite, impulsiveness, drug problems, etc?
Only a doctor should diagnose becuase it's not a single issue in the medical sense.
But if you have some other symptoms, it's not improbable.

If your moods change minute by minute, it would be pretty unlikely you are bipolar. Ultra-rapid cycling bipolar (that's my particular flavour) involves mood changes over days to weeks, not minute to minute.
Check out the definition of bipolar on Wikipedia, and maybe look at Borderline Personality Disorder as well (which can have very rapid changes).

Ask your doctor. Bipolar disorder is not as simple as that. The mood swings that your are experiencing could be do to a number of issues such as mild anxiety and depression to personality disorders or even schizophrenia.

There has to be some kind of history. There is much more to being bipolar than what you describe. Sounds more like unresolved resentments, figure out what annoys you so much.

well, i have no idea, you leave your question very vague, i think everyone is bipolar, do you drink coffee, or cafeine? do you want to be bipolar, does the thought of being so add meaning to your life? an odd question, yes, i know, but most people i've met going "oh gee, i think i'm a crazy bastard!" want to be, they want attention. you wanting to kill people is no big deal, welcome to life, i would suggest if you are in a stressfull environment, try and seperate yourself from the stress triggers, don't consume caffeine, excersize daily, get sunshine, and focus on the positive.

if you really want help. quit asking questions and listen to yourself...and how you feel about everything.or therapy or drugs but trust me i think they make you worse and you just need to find out about yourself and stop thriving off attention if thats what your getting.
