Spiritually the highest office of Catholicism is the Pope
However, the most powerful office in the world is the President of the United States, as he would be the leader of the nation that is most powerful in international relations and the political arena

The office of the President of the United States is approximately 50m above sea level higher than the Pope's office in the Vatican.

From a Catholic point of view, the Papacy might be considered the lowest office on Earth.
As Jesus showed us when he washed the feet of the Apostles before the Last Supper, anyone who wants to lead must be a servant.
The Pope, as the senior pastor of 1.1 billion Catholics and the direct successor of Simon Peter, is the lowest servant of the entire Church.
My favorite title of the Pope is the "Servant of the Servants of God."
With love in Christ.

Undeniably, the one that control money is the most powerful today. We've heard of Presidents and Popes got assasinated because of certain undisclosed issues. But those people in control of money at international level go unnoticed. International banking and organized crime determine who is powerful and who is not. And those chosen to be in power must submit to the one in power of money.
This may not be religious but what I write here is 100% true. The evidence is everywhere we can find.

There is nothing in the Bible that says that one believer is better than another. In fact Jesus said:
Matthew 20:25 But Jesus called them to him and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 26 It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, 28 even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
In other words, the greatest in God's eyes is the most humble servant of others, not someone who sits on a high throne wearing gaudy clothes telling everyone else that they have to obey him. According to God's standard, Mother Teresa who humbly ministered to the diseased and poverty stricken people in third world countries was far greater than the Pope.

Pope hasn't got the power he seems to have, the president uses it horribly, so I'd have to say Mickey Mouse.
