Is it a lot of calories or what? See, I usually eat a banana in the morning, too, but I'm not in the mood for anything sweet.

you could, but the question is why the heck would you want to start your day with 360 calories worth of bleached pasta with virtually no nutritional value, saturated fat and a myriad of other indignities to your body -

You could also pee in the gas tank... but would you want to ?

What about 2 boiled eggs - good protein, (to keep your muscles strong) much healthier fat (for saity) and not sweet at all

yes do - they are better in the morning with ice cold milk. also do add a banana or strawberries and sugar too if you like

Yeah, but don't cook 'em. Crush them up into a bowl, add milk and get ready to start your day with delicious noodley goodness.

yes lots of calories, almost no nutrients. Try shredded wheat instead!

Loaded with msg, sodium and saturated fat, plus calories.

Once in a while, no big deal.
