If this is a new schedule for you... waking 45 minutes earlier, then don't forget to go to bed 45 minutes earlier the night before.

Aloha

BEST thing to do is to place your alarm clock over the other side of the room with all your workout gear, runners, socks etc with it so you have to get out of bed to turn it off and its all there waiting for you. Another idea is to have a favorite outfit that you cant fit into hanging up next to your workout clothes to remind you WHY you want to get up and exercise!!

Get the program Eight Minutes in the Morning by Jorge Cruz. It's short and painless, with good results.

one is that u can use ur cellphone as an alarm. place ur cell on ur nightstand so that itll be easy to reach in the morning. try to get a ringtone (or some phones u can record sounds) or a recording of "eye of the tiger" or some other fight song so that u can be exhilirated to get up and work out. cause eye of the tiger is like an inspirational/workout/fight song.

glad i can help.

the rigth actions bring about the right feelings, not the other way around. just roll out of bed onto the floor and do pushups. that's what i used to do (i work out around 6pm - 7pm nowadays) but yeah, after i'd been doin' pushups for about 20 seconds, i started to wake up, open my eyes, then situps, then some other isometric stuff, took about 30 minutes and i felt pretty tired, but GREAT afterward.
