I'm 30yrs male and very skinny. I'm only 48kg and 5.7" tall. i feel really embarass when ppl comment about my body. Its damn skinny. I really need to put more weight.I have no illness of any kind.How can i do this? eat more but what? does body fitness will help me put weight? I'm very desparate please help.

I would advise you to consult with a nutritionist. That aside, try some strength training, as that will help add muscle mass onto your body to give you the shape you are going for. You'll want to eat plenty of protein to help your body produce the muscle it needs. You may just have a very high motabolism. There's nothing wrong with that, it just means your body burns up energy faster than others. When looking for extra protein, try lean cuts of meat and lots of fish. That way you are getting the protein without all the unhealthy artery clogging saturated fats that often accompany meats.

Eat lean protein and carbs. You have to eat 3500 calories more than you burn to gain one pound. Gain some lean muscle mass with weight lifting 3-5 times a week. Talk with a nutritionist and a personal trainer to go about this the right way. These health professionals won't judge you and are trained to help. Don't be subconscious, no one has a perfect body.

I'm not an expert on this however I still remember some thirty
years or so back to football for kids when we wanted to gain weight we ate lots of bananas with our usual diet and it worked
Now I would just suggest high caloric eating . maybe supplements from a health food outlet if you exercise otherwise
u would probably just get fat and u don't want that kind of result.
