You are not alone.
It's your choice whether or not to internalize it.
Accept that you (just like everyone else) are not perfect and will make mistakes or do things in an unsatisfactory manner. Embrace yourself. You are human...and if everyone else around you seems perfect or better than you...the only thing they're better at is faking it!
Hug yourself and have some ice cream.

How old are you? No one does everything right so, don't let them fool you. I have days like that but I know it's not just me it's everyone else too. You need to avoid the people that are telling you negative things and find someone who feels like you, reach ou to someone that you feel looks lonely and maybe make a friend that the both of you can talk things out and get out of your slump. If not, get to a Dr. for medication. If you feel this way all the time, you need help. Don't be ashamed and don't let anyone put you down. God made us all and he makes no junk.

Repeat after me......"There is more Right with me, than wrong with me....there is more right with Me, than wrong with me......there is More Right With ME, Than Wrong with me.
I offer you this suggestion: Put your focus on someone else for a while. What does this mean, you may ask? Go and volunteer and help someone or some group of people. It's one of the fastest and surefire ways to gain perspective. Selfinjury-depressed one...Turn your pain outward into constructive action.
This way, when you're on your death bed (and I assure you that one day - hopefully a day many years from now - you will be)
and thinking back over your life, you will have less regrets.
Good luck, and Peace!

This may seem a bit simplistic but what you need to do is change you're attitude. If you keep thinking like that you are going to attract more of the same. You are a joy to be around. Everyone thinks you are a great person. Try that on for size and see what happens.

It can be frustrating when no one seems to understand you. If you can just take the time to get away with a good book or some music and just relax. Exercising is also a very good way to feel better. If you feel depressed it helps to either write down your accomplishments or write down all the things you are thankful for. It's not easy, but it's definitely worth it.

You're just feeling bad. There is a beginning, middle and end to feeling bad. You aren't wrong all the time because you asked for help on this forum rather than doing something dumb. Hang in there and things will change.

How old are you?
I know how you feel... I was in a marriage like that. You need to just say to yourself... "oh bump it!" in other words.... let it roll off you back.... You didn't give details on WHAT you do, or to WHOM is getting mad at you... your mom and dad, boy friend or girl friend, or just friends or co-workers... So that is a basic answer I can give you, seeings how it is a basic question....
Good luck... just worry about yourself... Learn to like yourself.

Sure you can. Who says it's always wrong? If you are wrong you merely have an opportunity to change things, to learn from it. Don't get so down on yourself. You are just being human.

Welcome to reality. No matter how much you want it, you can't control other people or their reactions -- you can only control yourself and your reactions. If you know in your heart that you are doing the right thing, then keep on doing it no matter what anybody else says.
