I'm looking for a recipe for chocolate chip cookies, but I
don't want any sugar, even in the chocolate chips. I would
vastly prefer stevia over artificial sweeteners.

Of course, I'm willing to make the chocolate chips from
unsweetened chocolate, stevia, and other natural ingredients.

Try sugar free ones made with splenda, its a natural sweetner too derived from sugar without the calories and its ok for people on low carb diets and diebetics too. It tastes exactly like regular chocolate. I get my sugar free chocolate at Trader Joe's.

I don't know how great those will turn out with unsweetened chips. Semi sweet would be great, but unsweet may be too bitter. How about carob ships or something like that? The stevia should be fine though and you won't have to use much of it.
