Take the ball off, stretch the ring with pliers and roll it out.

Most rings have a ball in the middle that all my freinds have had you have to get that ball off most the time you have to exspand the ring a little to get the ball to fall out once that happens will be like a smily face lol then just slide it through like a key ring deffinetly helps to have a freind help so you dont ripp your parts off lol wile doing it as surgical steel is verry hard to bend do it carfully and never pull away from the body lol

pull off the nipple then take out the ring...

Cut it with a metal cutter, small one, or wire cutters, then just push on it until you pull it through. You put it there, so it is going to hurt.

tie a string to it, tie the other end to an open door knob make sure there is not slack. Then slam the door as hard as you can!!!
