1. muscular layer, 2.Detrusor muscle,3. internal urethral sphincter muscle,4. external urethral spincter muscle. I think thats it.

I know for certain that the bladder is covered with smooth (in-voluntary) muscles and transitional epithelial cells;which allows the distention capabilities of this organ.
