I guess the real question would be, can a computer with only 2.19GHz possibly run WSP2? (The minimum requirement is 233MHz - is that the same as 2.33GHz?) I'm guessing the reason why microsoft won't let me access the update for WSP2 is because my system doesn't meet the requirement, but is it at all possible for me to download it from somewhere else, and have it work just tolerably well?
I tried downloading from other websites, and opened the file after it downloaded, and it would extract or copy files, or whatever. But it hasn't updated my computer to WSP2, is there something else I have to do? Or is it just my computer not meeting the requirements?
Any comments at all would be appreciated, thanks for reading...

Yes, I'm running a legal copy of Windows. (It's a Dell Inspiron 1000 computer, btw. Don't get one. :P)

Thanks for all the help guys, I'm going to try something suggested --- but I have another question. >.< Since I've already downloaded from another website the WSP2, and extracted the folders from the application or whatever, would I have to find those and delete them before trying to download it again from a different website? (This time it's microsoft, thanks Hesse!)
Other details:
-I have AdAware for virus protection
-I'm having a hard time finding where those files that were extracted went to, even though I noted the path while it was extracting. >.<
