He's staring you at a reason, he likes you. He's problem shy and I do the exact same thing because I'm shy. You should start talking to him next time you see him

Sweetie, he's staring at you for some reason!!!! Chances are, he likes you, as well, and is too shy to ask you out 'proper'. Someone has to break the ice, here~~~ I've always found it fun to break it myself!!!!!

He certainly is interested. But looks can be deceiving. He may look cool, and he may be cool with the guys, but you probably scare him to death.
Have mercy on him and say hi, and he may still need convincing. Some guys are just totally chicken when it comes to girls. So be kind to the poor guy.

Why do you think he is staring at you ? He likes you and finds you attractive, but feels "caught" when you spot him doing it . Say hello to him sometime and see what happens. Good Luck ! :)
