between a girl being, hot, cute, pretty, and ok? Should a woman be insulted if she is just referred to as "pretty" rather than "hot"?

Don't be insulted! Trust me, most guys don't think much about which word they use. Plus hot can kinda mean slut-like in some cases but not all. Pretty almost always refers to a more elegant kind of attractiveness. Hope that helps.

i think pretty sounds better than hot actually. hot girls are usually the more sluttier girls while the pretty girls are usually smart and sophisticated

hot = lindsay lohan, id definately hit it
cute = shes iight, i'd hit it
pretty = ashley olsen when she was like 7 years old, thats some PEDO ****.. stay away

Not at all.Sometimes people say,"You're pretty!",rather than,"You're hot!",cause it's not so forward.
