or ASK your dad he will get it done it for you.
or Go to cyber cafe they may be have the scanner
2> Once you scan it's just a image & attach to youe Email sened it someone.

depends on what you want to send them. If you have copied the image from somewhere into your documents file then make sure it's jpg format and then in the email click on "attachment" and pull in that picture from your documents file.
if you want to send them a picture of like maybe yourself, then you'd have to scan that picture into your documents file, use your photo program to make the picture smaller and into jpg format, and again as above, in your email click on "attachment" and pull in that picture from your documents file.
You'd need a scanner if you don't have one...and that could cost from $80 upwards. And you'd need a photo program, or "maybe" a quick "try it" type download would work (never has for me). You can get a cheap photo program ...email me and I'll tell you about the one I use.

You have to get a scanning machine, or you can go to a vendor who can do it for you.
