My Fiance's brother got in trouble back in texas when he was a kid (he was messing around with his girlfriend who was a yr younger and the mom didnt like he got charged as a sex offender and he left texas without telling them) and now he has a $5000 warrant out for him.......he is jail right now and they are trying to decide whether or not to send him back to texas right now he is fighting with his lawyer to help him (his lawyer was appointed to him cause we cant afford one) but after a couple hours his lawyer said he will try to get them to drop the charges....... will they actually try to send him back to texas???????? can somebody please help me?? his brother is family to me and we both want him to see his niece or nephew to be born plez help me......

i forgot to mention (obviously) the reason why he left was because somebody was trying to kill him....... if he told the judge that and his lawyer would that help him any????

You said he has a lawyer. I think it's safe to assume that the lawyer knows more facts, and which facts are actually relevant.

Just how much more help than that do you expect to find here?

He will be returned to Texas.

As for people trying to kill him and the judge and attonrney not helping him......they cannot provide a body gaurd for him. If someone is acually trying to kill him, he has to deal with it according to the law and the situation at teh time.
