Why do we ask for expensive gifts? In hopes of ending your days as dictator in North Korea and to free the elves you've enslaved.
In theory, the higher the production cost of our Xmas gifts, the less money you'll have left over to fund your nuclear weapons program.
Yeah, that's right. We know your toy factory is merely a front for researching atomic weapons! Because of this the United Nations has placed sanctions against you. Your economy will soon collapse under the added weight of Playstation3 requests and large-screen TVs orders. Then, when you have only snow to eat, the elves will rise up against you and thus end your reign of terror.
