Hmm eating salad and protein will help you curb your appetite but that's not exactly "shrinking" your stomach. Your body is just adjusting to not have to consume as much energy. Fasting is a good thing too. Eat early in the morning, then don't eat anything until dinner time. First have water, which cleanses your system then some dates. If you don't know what dates are they are a very nutritious, slightly sugar type of fruit. I don't suggest this as a weight loss, it is more of a cleansing of the digestion system and also make you more aware of what you eat and appreciate the amount of food and drink you have.

No foods shrink your stomach, your stomach is a muscle that stretches with the amount you place within it. If it is just your stomach muscle you are worried about shrinking...eat a lot less. healthy food and a lot of water but, do not fill it...eventually overtime you will be able to eat less as it has shrunk and be able to lose weight better .
