He loves you and respects you , you have to figure out if he loves you as a friend or he is in love with you.But he really respects you alot.I have never meet him but he is a respect full guy.I wish you good luck .

He thinks you're cute and worth and would like to have a relationship (more than just sex, if you know what I mean) Not sure about love yet, but he absolutely cares about you :)

I think a kiss on the forehead means that the person truly loves and cherishes you. It's my favorite kiss because it's just so damn sweet =)
