Well, its finally cold tonight and I decided to make chile. well I went the easy route and bought the Bear Creek "Darn Good Chile". I bought 2lbs of ground round chile meat and the tomato paste. I was supposed to be good to go. well after getting home and following the directions, I noticed "add salt and pepper to taste. I had one crack of sea salt left, it wasnt near enough. The chile tasted like crap, with no salt and no way to leave the house (two 24oz beers ingested) how did I save the day???

You could have added a broth to it, such as beef or chicken, but preferably beef. Then put it back on the burner and reduced it.
