if you have black hair i think red tips would look awesome

It depends on the texture of your hair. Sometimes darker hair will take to color and sometimes it won't. Keep in mind when you are going a lighter color, you are pulling color out, which may damage your hair. If you are doing rinse or just adding color, sometimes black is a difficult color to change. There are coloring products out there (at your local drugstore) specifically for dark hair. I am not a hairdresser but I have change my haircolor about 6 times in the last year. As a result many of my friends have asked my advice about their own hair. My philosophy? It's just hair. Experiment and have fun! Good luck!

If I only saw you then l can tell you that if red hair can fits nice to your personality...Because l don't know you then my only answer to your question is that think very deeply if it fits to you, and decide very well for it because for me it is very hard to decide now to your position so think very well, give time for it than if too late to change your decision...
