i suggest you dont take much notice of negative advice, a hypnotitst called dr erickson, made a 20yr old man grow 12 inches in the span of a yr with hypnosis. it takes alot of mental will power, but i think those determined enough can make it work, so give that go. just look up grow taller with hypnosis on google and u should find something. i found deeptrancenow.com which seemed ok, but there are others too.

Soory, there is realy no hope by the time you are that age of getting any taller. You can prevent getting any shorter though by drinking lots of milk and taking your vitamins.

If you are looking to grow some more, You can't. Your bones are set. If you wish to simply be "taller" you can buy a set of stilts.

i'm going with shoe lifts on this one... how much growing do we really do at 26? i'm 26 and haven't gotten any taller since high school... you can stretch all you want but i really think your best bet are lifts..

physically you can't unless you have a rare disease. other alternatives are wearing tall shoes or making friends with really short people
