How to lose bellyfat
Losing fat is not an easy task, but gaining fat is very easy. You need to keep a check on the diet and do workouts for your abs to lose tummy fat. You also need to do aerobic exercises like swimming, jogging etc. Here are some points to keep in mind to lose belly fat:· Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium. · Eat fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables.· The diet should contain protein, carbohydrates and little fat.· Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.· Eat in small quantities for five to six times a day. · Do at least 30-60 minutes cardiovascular exercises at least 4 times a week. · Do strength training and ab exercises at least 3 times a week.
Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly. Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

There's no way to lose weight only in specific spots -- it's an overall body thing! You can, however, tone an area by increasing muscle and that will give you better definition. The increased definition will make a big difference in the appearance of an area. Any core workout will help you gain muscle mass around the belly, but remember, go for quality over quantity; 100 situps and 20 situps can give you the same result if you do them correctly. For best results, do at least 20 minutes of cardio 3-6 days per week with 3 days per week (with rest days in between) of strength training, like situps along with other core workouts. I've found that Shape magazine (and Shape magazine online!) gives great tips and ideas to keep you interested and challenged! If overall weight loss is a goal, make sure you follow good nutrition (1000-1400cal/day) as well. good luck!

There is no exercise that will take fat from a specific area of the body. You can tone certain areas. I would try crunches and cardio work outs
Cardio to burn fat, and crunches to work the Abdominals

The sad news is there is no shortcut, extra fat take years to accumulate in our body so getting rid of it take years also.
Avoiding extra calories and doing exercise have to be your lifestyle. It will become part of your life, not something you can do in about 3 months then stop.
