Well, one of my good friends thinks that it is. I don't think it is and I asked him if I could straighten it a little bit but he WILL NOT let me, he thinks it's gay. Like Homosexual gay.. Is he bein a homophobe or am I wrong?

Some guys do not want to try things that they have never done before such as manicures and pedicures.... I just think he is being a little stupid and should just try it....

NO, Straightening hair does not make a person "Gay" ...guys doing dirty things with eachother...IS GAY"
Therefore, NO hun, straightening your hair is not GAY. Tell your friend its called lookin good fo the ladies!!! ;) And let him know that you are comfortable enough with your sexuality that you can look good and be straight.
I have a few male friends that are far from gay, but dress well and straighten their hair to get a certain look. They look sexy, not gay! If its any consolidation, my brother is a body builder and def NOT gay, and he gets his eyebrows trimmed, gets facials, and goes to tanning salon sometimes... soo im pretty sure ur good.
If your friend has that much of a problem, then maybe he needs to check himself, cuz obviously hes not comfortable with his sexuality.

Unless you are questioning your masculinity and dont want to come out of the closet. Which is cool too.
I do have to say though I havent ever met a guy that straightens his hair and I cut a lot of guys.

It has nothing to do with gay or non-gay. Some guys are just not into thing like that. They are not really concerned with searching for a 'better look" for themselves. He is thinking of other things in life, and not be bothered with some chick wanting to "do" his hair.

There is nothing wrong with men wanting staight hair, even if they have to use an iron for that effect.
I have been straighten alot of mens hair for years.

What has being Gay got to do with it? I thought we were getting away from the stupid stereotypes. Do what you want with your hair. It doesn't have anything to do with sexual preferrence.

I don't think so. One of my male friends has very curly, frizzy hair that would look terrible if he didn't straighten it. . .and he's straight as a rod.

what do you think is wrong with his hair.i do not think it is gay or anything like that ..but maybe he just needs a hair cut that suits your fancey...if the owner of the hair wants too..it is his hair.....does he tell you what to do with yours ..if so...drop him as soon as you get this..its a controller...shoe fits...wear it

and it's what YOU feel
comfortable in, not him
(he shouldn't care that much
what you look like anyways)
i have two straight guy friends that straighten their hair
and trust me, it's for the better
