A girl who I have a crush on is possibly moving away next year. Now, the weird thing is, the same thing happened last year.

I had asked the first girl I had a crush on to dance with me, and she shut me down. So I was sad. Two years later, I found out she was moving. I was too chicken to ask the first girl that I still had a crush on, for a dance, before she left, and she left, leaving me to regret not asking her.
Now, the problem comes up one more time.

Then, there's the problem of me looking... nerdy. So I'm extra scared if I'll get turned down or not. But I'm not sure if I'll take it so hard this time. What do I do?

I'm not worried about how I look, I honestly would not care. But I'm just saying that if I ask her out, will she judge me on my looks or my personality?

And my personality is well... not exactly great, but better than my looks, I guess.

She doesn't even know me, she's seen me at lunch, and I slightly know her brother.

I've heard that history repeats itself... prepare yourself emotionally/mentally, just in case... & go ask her so you won't have the regret of not having tried.

You don't really want to be sitting around 20 years from now wondering "What if?" do you? Ask her! If she says yes, have fun! If she says no, big deal! Ask someone else. Being young is about exploration and having new experiences. I don't think you'll regret asking, but not asking... that's another story.
PS if you don't like the way you look, change it! Get a new hair style. Buy a few stylish items for your wardrobe. Reinvent yourself!

Go for it! The worst thing that can happen is you'll turn gay. Or, get her pregnant. What if she gives you an STD? Then "she" will give you a gift that will stay with you forever.
Enjoy!

If you get turned down, so what? If it's really that bad, she's moving anyway. Go for it!
