Here's a good oldie, It's called spin the bottle. Take a soft drink bottle or better still a longneck beer bottle and sit it in the middle of the floor. Have all the boys and girls sit around the bottle in a circle. Lay the bottle on the side and have some one, say a boy spin the bottle in a circle. When the bottle stops spinning, the boy gets to kiss the girl the bottle neck points to. If it points between two or to a boy, gently turn the bottle neck in the same direction to the next girl. The boy gets to kiss her. It's now her turn to spin the bottle. Same as above, she gets to kiss the boy the bottle points to, and then it's his turn and so on.
