oh ps. i act like myself around him and when we're talking its not like all nervous. everything is chill
i just wanna know what are some things that i can do to flirt with him w.o being too obvious????

Just relax around him. Let him see you as you are. He will notice you if he likes you too. If not, there's nothing you can do.

Don't try it. You will put your brother in a bad situation if it doesn't work out. If he view you as a little sister than it may take a lot of him to see you as a girlfriend.

Whatever you do just make sure its okay with your friend before you do anything. Because your friendship is more important and you don't want him/her to be uncomfortable.
