the best way for any shade of skin is use light pink and put use a little bit of black eyeliner, the pink looks great on everyone, and the eyeliner makes you eyes pop

well if you have blue eyes i would suggest brown liquid eyeliner because your natural lashes are probably more brown than black...and the whole purpose of make up is to bring out your features and cover your flaws
....then I would use brown pencil liner on the bottom lashes
....brown eyeshadow from your lashes to the crease
....then use either a shimmery white or shimmery off white under your brows to that same crease
....(by using shimmery whites, it has a highlighting effect on your eyes and will give them more "pop" by making them look more open) then before putting on mascara
....use an eyelash curler, for this also can make your eyes look bigger/more open.....i would say hold for ten seconds on each eye...then apply one coat of mascara
.....for extra lift use the eyelash curler again before applying your next coat....
and well that should make your beautiful blue eyes look bigger and more attractive...

Key: a little goes a long way. Dont go overboard, it looks tacky. Make sure to use an eyeliner thats the same color of your hair (or a little darker if your blond)

There is this new make-up that you can buy at your local drug store that has colours that are to be combined with your eye color . You don't have to think about it they tell you how and what col or you should use. It might be from Cover Girl.

if it's going out for a night on the town or something try like..the smokey eye look. put some dark maybe black on the top of ur eye and then like a maroon on top of that..but very soft looking. it looks good!

I would use Natural Tone Colors,..nothing too bright, nothing to dark....u want people to notice ya eyes...not the makeup.........don't wanna look like a clown

i would suggest the color that looks best on you a color that doesnt clash with your eyes but that make them stand out....like if you have blue eyes dont have blue eyeshadow but something like i dont know maybe green.....something that lets your personality shine through!!

eye shadow that match's your eyes.. eye liner one top thin line and lots of mascara! i have little eyes and they look huge when i wear my make up on them!
