no you cant fell a drug test but you can most certainly fail one.

Yes. You are still breathing the smoke and inhaling the drug, even though it might be in smaller amounts. ...In fact, doesn't that defeat the purpose of not smoking it in the first place?
Or, if you are avoiding smoking for legal reasons, did you know that it's illegal to just know that the activity is going on and not do anything about it? Just thought you might want to know that, if you didn't already. If they get busted and you're there, even if you're not smoking, you get busted too.

yes because the smoke can get embeded into yur hair and they just take hair samples if its that kinda test and the evidence in yur hair will stay for 3 months even if u scrub yur hair

you can fail it but the test will know whether you have or have not been actually smoking it...
