Smurfs are actually Hindu's. If you ever noticed the hindu god Ganesha, he is the same color as all the smurfs.

This was because poppa smurf was the ruler and since that girl in the show was like the only girl they were all banging her and didn't have time for any god....

They were magical creatures. And they believed in magic and nature as a God of sorts. There's no way they'd have a Christian church. Besides, Christianity spreads by word of mouth, which human could have cracked that closed community? Only the one kid could. They didn't consort with humans, except for him.

I'm glad you wrote the last line, as i thought you must have been some crazy religious person.
Perhaps they dont have a religion.
Or maybe they believe in a religion that does not involve them having a priest or place of worship (or even religios texts).
