well, when saying goodbye (after being together not like goodbye as in, breaking up) just say, "can i have a hug goodbye?" if he is really shy he will probably say yes, and if he really likes u he probably will. if he says no, he probably just got really nervous, or didn't want to infront of people. Later, knew things.
I hope i helped a little!! Ba bye!!

As I guy, I can say that there is nothing worse than this situation. Because the guy wants to kiss you, but he, by you never kissing him, has the thought that you don't want to (although I realise that that isn't the case.) I say just do it. If it doesn't work out, well then at least you know. But I promise you that that isn't the case, you've been with him for 3 weeks. I promise you.

if you are going out you kinda have to do something, or else you are just friends. start with a hug when greeting or when saying goodbye then holding hands the next time, see how he reacts. Kissing may just have to wait, try to get him out of his shell you may just likme him even more. notting good comes from waiting for the good stuff in a relationship.

i think that you should go to the movies on a date. then take his hand while in the theater. then if you start blushing, he wont notice because it will be dark. and im sure he wants to but hes too shy. alot of guys are.

HOLY CRAP!!! Wow, i mean, like, wow. Well, first off, don't rush it. wait for the right moment, then initiate the kiss- but don't kiss him. let him follow up. thataway neither of you have to go all the way, it will be mutual

How old are you? If you are in high school then it's pretty sweet, but if you are older, you need to get over it and go for it.

Give it time take it slow, me and my boyfriend took forever to get affectionate. But it just made it that much better when we did.

Well, just tell him you like him. If he says yes, great for you! Don't ever think he's gonna say no. That just makes you even shyer to ask, so just go up to him and say I LIKE YOU, (what ever his name is). Just be confident in yourself.
