I want to hang out with girls at the football game and have somone to dance with on saturday, What are some tips on getting the girls?

you can up to them and ask them to dance, but for some odd reason the ratio of dancing with a girl out of thin air depends on your approach and looks. So, you might wanna cruise with a couple of guys to be your "wingmen". It's better to get to know the girl on the sidelines then ask her to dance with her. Always be yourself, a sense of humor scores you alot of point, and always listen to what they say to give feedback (and that you're paying attention). Now if there's a girl you see as eye candy, but has a couple of other friends around them, that's were wingmen come in. good luck kid and remember that all in all it's all about having fun.
