I don't know a website, but i just read this great book that has what i think you are looking for.
"The Creator and the Cosmos" by Hugh Ross. He has a PH.D.

He searched all religions to find one that held scientific proof that the bible has truth in it. He explains what is proven and how it relates to what is said in the bible. If you are looking for facts this is your book.

No, there are only sites that use pseudoscience, bad science, and misinterpreted science to try and prove the bible is true.

Answers in Genesis is the archetype of all of the above. If you don't actually know much about science, and the vast majority of people, especially christians don't, then their answers can sound deceptively reasonable.

It behooves you (I always wanted to use that word) to look to more than one source for information.

Here is a great site to start with. It should answer some questions but will be a good site to find other more links to other pages as well.

Physics, Astronomy, Biology, Hydrology, etc...

no . some science is in Genesis . but the main theme of the bible is a written oral and written history of a small part of the known world from ancient history. any science is hidden in between the lines.

Why would there be? If you want to know how to make a lazagna, look in a cookbook. If you want to know about science, look in a science book. If you want to know about God's revelation to mankind, look in the Bible. Trying to use the Bible as a science book leads to nothing but ignorance about science AND divine revelation. It's just about as useful as trying to use the Bible in making a lazagna.

If you're talking about the miracles and stuff like that, then there's no proof. You could find sites online that claim they have proof, but they all have a blatant Christian bias.

there is no evidence on that because the bible cannot be proven.

The Bible is faith, the Bible is literature. However there is no science in the Bible.
