I know it's not safe and not suggested...i just was wondering if anyone had done this and if hurt, or was easy.

It is not safe at all, and the ONE person I know who did it wound up loosing a lot of blood. My suggestion is don't do it. NEVER EVER self piercer. Its more painful and there are tons more complications that people think.
Self piercings are rarely easy because you have control of the needle, you tend to go slower and it becomes more painful. I pierced my navel myself (4 of the 6 holes) and it wasn't bad, but I could barely finish the last one. Even using professional tools and knowing what I was doing, its not something I will ever do or condone again.

DO NOT PIERCE YOUR OWN TOUNGE!! I have seen some nasty infected grossness from people who have tried this. I saw one chick whose tounge has swelled over her jewelry, another whose tougne was oozing puss. If you try to pierce your own toung, you will end up in a tattoo shop asking a professional what is wrong and then you will still have to pay them. Just cough up the money for a professional in the first place. And then, nobody gets to laugh at you.

Actually tongue Pearcing is extremly safe. It is just a myth that tongue peircing is dangerouse. As long as it is don by a professional that is. Oh of coarse it is going to hurt because your tongue is a muscle. But the guy relaxes you before doing it. Oh and ya dont do it though

The filthiest part of the Human body is the mouth, LOADED, LOADED, LOADED, with Germs and Bacteria. If you pierce your tongue, you're "BEGGING" for an infection. Ever tried breathing, or eating, or keeping your mouth closed with a swollen infected, puss filled tongue ? Anyone that tells you it is "SAFE" is LYING ! ! !

I personally would not get my tongue pierced period! But I do have friends who have gone to a PROFESSIONAL to get it done don't do it yourself. But it does heal fairly quickly.

MY BEST FRIEND HAVE DONE IT AND SAID IT HURTS AND MY EX BOYFRIEND DONE IT THEY BOTH DID IT WITH A NAIL AND A HAMMER AND THEY SAID IT HURTS MY SON DAD HAD HIS DONE AT 14 YEARS OLD HES 35 NOW AND HE REGRETS IT EVERYDAY NOW HES TAKEN OUT WHEN HIS SON HIT 4 YEARS OLD AND NEVER HAD IT IN HIS MOUTH AGAIN HE IS ON MEDICATION SPECIAL MEDICATION THAT IS BECAUSE OF THE TOUNGE RING DONE SOMTHING TO HIS TOUNGE
