I suppose it depends on personalities and traits. But generally speaking, anyone who cares and worries about you; and want to hear your voice and see you at every possible chance, likes you very much.

Through my experiences, they listen intently to even the stupidest things you say. Actually, to bring her on, safely, just say some things that make her question about you and at the same time tell you if they like you. When you help her with a crisis or problem, just say things like, "I will always be here for you" or "I always trust you." If they respond with the same passion. bingo.
Then again, it really depends on the girl dude. Shy type or quiet type? You should've described her a bit more ratehr than just ask how "a girl" likes you.

True love is a spiritual thing. It is the absence of fear in a relationship. Before an individual can be truly loved, one must learn to love. Ask yourself questions like, "would she help me if I were sick?", or "would she share a "Hershey" bar with me?", "does she laugh at my jokes?" Also, her kiss can tell a lot too and how she touches you.
