That's what I have now. As you can probably see, it really needs to be cut.
I have emoish tastes.. what should I try?

Tell your stylist to cut a lock of your hair so that it can serve as bangs that sweep over one of your eyes. Because this already covers the majority of your face, make sure you don't get your face framed too much, otherwise it will seem overwhelmed. For the rest of your hair, add alot of layers.

What do you think about this retro style worn by Bianca Jagger at Studio 54 in the Seventies? I'm thinking of this one myself...

Definitely try for the choppy look - but I'd keep your bangs as they are. It'd be an interesting twist, but still stay in your emo-range. It'd look grand!

you should cut it to where its hanging loosely on your shoulders that would look cute! part it to the side and get rid of your bangs! i think you should have some bangs but not as much! im a stylist btw!

Wow, you should definitely try Keira Knightley's short sexy choppy haircut.

You have similar facial features. I really really want to cut my hair as short as that, but my face is too full to pull that off.
It's new, if you don't like it, it'll grow back.
