Why do you claim Christianity as "monotheist" when it's clearly "polytheist" beacuse you essencially have two gods: Jesus and God!?? Please don't say that Jesus is half-god or something and try to change your answer, beacuse I know for sure that you claim that Jesus is a god. So answer truthfully.

If you say that They are one person in three forms then doesn't, so I'm guessing it's a lot like Hindu beliefs beacuse their ultimate god: Krishna has many forms of himself, just like you guys calim it to be.

Anyways, I think Chistianity is a total jumble of confusion. It makes not sense what so ever.

ANd no Islam was not heavely influenced by Christianity! And by the way, you just admitted that Christianity is confusing by directing the accusation right back! Ha!

you know, thats exactly right, you hit the hammer on the nail with that question!
I think that christianity is a load of confusion because they all ways try to bend their answer that all ready controdict themselves. If Jesus was God then how come he said "Father forgive them for the don not know what they do!" this was him refering to god and he cannot refer this to himself because it would make no sense!

I would do some more research on your part...Christians do not worship Jesus. Christ is God's son, not God, and is or was a prophet (NOT GOD). When Christians (which include: Mormons, catholics, etc.) pray they are praying to God but communicating through Jesus back to God. If you go to a church take notice that prayers end in "Jesus name" or something along those lines. Whether or not God is 3 entities in one form is a completely different subject to which no religion has an answer. (Your question is phrased with a lot of hostility...why? I do not claim Christianity, nor any other religion for that matter, so I hope you do not patronize my answer:)

No it is only some people and some churches that put Jesus up there with God.
I believe God sent his son Jesus to teach the people. God is the one I pray to and ask forgiveness. He created me and my soul.
Each person has a soul that enters the body at birth. We are here until our soul learn the lessons charted out ahead by us and our guides. Once we grow and learn these lessons we go home to God and our loved ones in Heaven. If we do not learn our lessons or our lives are cut short, we can come back again. All in the name of God.
Jesus was just a man. A holy man. A man who was given the powers of his father. God knew we would not listen to him but he thought we may listen to his son, a man like us in our image. Many did but many did not.
Christianity is celebrated in many different churches in Amercia, some I believe in some I dont. It is just there way to worship.

Jesus like God was always.

First we know of God, and he as Spirit.

Jesus is God in human body form.

Think about it..... God wanted to save us, because we all were sinners, so God came to earth, basically in body form as Jesus son, because he was born, but the main working power was still in Heaven, that's why Jesus prayed to his other half. lol I know what your thinking, God can do much more than that, heck he can be five different persons if he wanted to. God came as a cloud, burning bush, wind, Jesus, many things. God can change into any form he wishes to, because he can:) think about it some more.

Have believers sinned by entertaining this person's question? Youre told to spread the Word but entertaining a sinic is different? Excercising science is an infinite number of trials completed in order to prove something is impossible where it only takes one trial of the opposite to prove possible. Finding peace through God is scientific....hmmm ok. Jesus is not a god. He was God's human son who was capable, if you ever read any stories, of committing very human sins. He made a choice to obey His Father and prove to us that it was possible to live a life conscious of His neighbors' plites and reject sin. The Holy Spirit is the conscious feeling an individual feels by believing in that Father-Son relationship and that it is as real as any father-son relationship around us. Thus making the ability to live a life rejecting sin very, very possible.

Okay, here's the truth. Jesus, God, and The Holy Spirit/Ghost are one. Here's how my parents explained it to me; My father is a father, a son, and a husband. But he is one person. So God is the Father, Jesus is the Son, and The Holy Ghost is The Holy Ghost but they are one. Is that easier to understand? It helped me to understand it better, a little bit anyway. So we are actually monotheist. Hope I helped!

I am a hindu...and not an american...from what i understand,

jesus said...."I and My Father are One"....so

there is no two.......isnt it monotheism...?

I may not be correct with the verses, but the idea, jesus slowly introduced it....

he said,
pray to the father in the heaven...?

you are the sheep and i am the sheperd...he said this to ordinary people....

for more advanced people , he said... I am the tree you are the branches....

you see, he is slowly getting the idea towards monotheism....

for still advanced people he said......the kingdom of heaven is within....

and to more advanced people he finally said

I and my Father are One...

so it looks like monotheism to me? or rather monism...

Jesus is the son of God, perhaps you've heard that before ? do just a LITTLE research, and put you're brain in gear, before you drive off with your mouth ! making an assumption with little or NO knowledge about a subject shows ignorance (that means you're stupid)

Jesus is the incarnate of the word of God. He is the word. We believe in the God of Israel, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world, and the Spirit that dwells in every true believer
