Yes, don't do it. Get uninterested and fast. You think nobody will pick up on it? Don't be so sure. It causes grief in the workplace...Been there...my ex boss did it and he while collecting the big bucks was never around when needed but had all kinds of time for his "interest." She got elevated where others did not. They were both resented by everyone. You are both going to make everyone miserable whether you believe it or not. A good way to make enemies and get yourself a reputation of sleeping your way to the top. He is risking his livelihood...fool that he is. Continue this at your own peril....

An employee where I once worked had some "fun" with a manager after hours in an empty office on top of (or was it on the edge of) a desk. They were caught by a security guard. She was dismissed, he was demoted. She now had a second child from two different fathers and no job. He ended up having to pay child support. Go ahead! Have some fun!

This is a difficult situation and I can tell that you realize that you may lose your job due to anyone finding this out. Are there any alternatives? Is this something you both want to do, stick it out and take this chance? Make sure it is worth it!

as a woman at least you have affirmative action covering you if things go bad. in general remember the old saying" only jackasses crap where they eat". work place romances are always trouble. Id rather not risk the job and break it off before it goes bad. but it's on you. whatever you decide PEACE.

You may get away with this for a while, but sooner or later when you least expect it, it is going to bite you. Think about what you really want, him or the job? If you were sacked today for your feelings, would that bother you?

do yourself and him a favor and take another job. Don't violate company policies or you will regret it.
