You CAN, but taking them out is better. If social reasons dictate otherwise, try to take them out at least half an hour a day, such as during your shower. It is more important for you to keep your dentures SPOTLESSLY clean if you rae going to wear them for such an extended time.

Imagine putting socks on your feet and never taking them off. You'd at least have to wash your feet really well and put on clean socks every day.

Sleeping With Dentures

Yes you can definitely sleep in them. My dad does and if he did not tell me, I would have never guessed that he even had dentures. And my grandmother had dentures since she was 27 and no one knew she had them except my mom so yeah don't worry about them. As long as you clean them and stuff, you will not have nearly as many problems as other people with their real teeth. My grandmother was so happy and laughed at everyone else who had to deal with tons of dental appointments when she never had to go again. Good luck =)

Yes, you can, but it is recommended that you remove your dentures at night in order to allow your oral tissues to breathe. You should first brush your dentures with a denture brush to remove food debris, then soak your dentures in water overnight and consider adding a dental tablet for added freshness and cleansing. You should also rinse your mouth at least nightly and brush your tongue in order to remove (smelly) bacteria.

Don't wear your dentures to bed. You'll get sore spots

You can wear them to bed, but make sure to brush your dentures and soak them often.

I've had mine for over 2 years now and have always slept with them in. If I have them out for too long my jaws start to ache. I soak them every day for at least a half hour and have never had any soreness. I think it depends a lot on if you have a proper fit in the first place.

it's kinda like wearing shoes to bed, ok? unless you gonna give your gums rest during the day, take dentures out during the night.

You can, but it's not recommended. The gums and bone in your mouth need time to breath and be restricted. It's like wearing shoes to bed, you can, but your feet would get sore after awhile.
