people keep telling me different things about pell i thought maximimum reward for the entire school year was 4,050 but a couple of different people are telling me that is a semester can someone please help explain

I encourage to go to Junior College and talk to financial advisor.

yes the pell grant is 4,050 if you are a full time student. if you a part-time. it is half (2025) and it also is base off of your income if you make some money but not enough to go to college the pell grant might only pay some but not all.
lets say you make $30,000 last year and you can not make more than $39,500 last year to get pell grant. so you will get some pell but not all of the $4050 .

I had pell grants when I went to college 12 years ago and they have change alot over the years .

The current ANNUAL maximum award is $4050, $1350 per quarter or $2025 per semester. This should go up next year!
