If you shave your arm pits, then I would wait a full 12 hours before applying any deodarant. When I shave, put on vaseline on. Approx 12 hours later I will then use deodarant. I would also suggest for you to stop using ban and try something milder like dove. See if that helps. But first...stay away from deodarant until the redness goes away. You may be making it worse by trying something different. You may have broken skin that you cannot see (too small). It needs to heal before trying anything else.

sometimes the deodorants can irritate a cut or something (from shaving, maybe?) so that might be what the burn is & as far as the red mark, i dont know what it is but this might help:

-wash your underarms with anti-bacterial soap when you wake up
-use the deodorant like you would (not using deodorant seems pretty hard) but when you come back from school, work, etc., wash away your deodorant with the anti-bacterial soap and put LOTION on to soothe it
-wash with anti-bacterial soap before going to bed and put lotion/moisturizer so that it can be absorbed while you're sleeping

It sounds like an allergic reaction to me. I also don't think you should use the deodorant 3 to 4 times a day (if that's what you were saying). If you have to use it that many times for it to work, I say find a new product. There are sprays that are natural, and they work. Look for Spray mist.

You might have some kind of allergic reaction. Ban has perfumelike scents. Try getting a mild deodorant with no perfume scent. A shower fresh scent might be ok though.

It's probably an allergic reaction, I'd throw it out and find a gentler deodorant!

well first of all stop using ban, try something gentle and strong like dove or secret, and are u shaving ur armpits then applying deoderant shortly after? the ban might be stining ur cuts from shaving, u are not supposed to apply deoderant where there is broken skin, wiat like 15 minutes after shaving before applying.

it could be irritating you if you recently shaved. if not, you might be allergic to something to in it. rinse with warm water, then avoid wearing it for a couple days. the redness should go away, then switch brands.

You were born to stink, those deodorants are unnaturl and thats why they are burning. Just go around stinky.,
