You cant translate literally .This mean my filing or my soul filing.The person who uses this expression is very deep.

I am brasilian and, in portuguese we say: "Meu estado de ânimo" (very similar to spanish)n :-)
The translation would be "My stage of "mood"/temper."
It is like I was measuring "my enthusiasm to do something" or how I am/ How I am feeling.
