I know that the septum has alot to due with your breathing but I was wondering what about the nasal bone? If the nasal bone is bent to one side would that have any effect on your breathing?

No. Look at a picture of a skull and see that the nasal bone is too short to block anything. Most of the nose is cartilage and that is what makes the difference.

naw thats just cartilage like the stuff sharks are made of and the sar lobes its bendy so get some breathe right strips for night and some sudafed generic from the dollar store for days

is not a bone it's a "cartilage"
and it does not get in the way of breathing

Well i suppose anything that blocks the nostrils would affect breathing
