Read the questions on immigration NOTICE ALL THE BIGOTRY AND RACISM thrown in there? It didn't get there by itself, people are turning this into a racial issue with ther ridiculous stereotypes.

on "why I cry racism" In my life, I have experienced racism as a Mexican American just because I am an American descended from Mexican Immigrants WHO went about getting into this country the right way. Is that fair? So you see even when you are legal people will hate you for bein "non -white". Obviously some people have never experienced that.

Because their ignorance is dominating their mind and actions.
These are people that don't really see the issue for what it is - an issue of illegal immigration. This is immigrants here illegally from any country, of any nationality, color, sex, religion and orientation. Anyone specifying a certain specific nation or race is a bigot, and is only using the forum as a way to spout their ignorance to others, then justify it.
I wish people could argue their point intelligently without getting personal or attacking others. It is much more enjoyable to debate with someone than to argue with an idiot. . .

I just think they are stereotyped because they are seen as the biggest illegal immigrant population.
Aren't you angry at the illegals after your ancesters did things right and obeyed the laws and put theirselves under the microscope, waited, and paid fees--then some illegal who probably has a criminal background just hops the border and gets away without doing anything? You should be the maddest of all.

I personally like almost every Mexican i have ever met. I count many as friends. But if i thought my government cared i would turn them in tonight. Out public services are suffering due to being overworked and stretched too thin by the boom of illegals taking advantage of our system. Race has nothing to do with national pride.

They have a right to become American Citizens if they want just like my parents did and most of your ancestors did. I am not mexican my family comes from spain and i am put down and called mexican because my name is Sanchez. So i know how mexican people must feel and it is all because of the blue collar rednecks who lose their jobs to the mexican immigrants that are so racist

I'm with Volley, to a point!
I live in a city just shy of 250,000 people. A whole lot of them are Spanish speaking. Another large group is Russian. There is little or no Russian crime reported. However, Spanish (speaking) crime is on the rise. Way above the norm!!! Robbery, Drugs and then some!!!
So, Yes, there is anger toward Mexican folk. They (in general, it would seem) are leading the problems faced in my community. Thus, a lot of folk from the USA are angry (to the point of racism) with the Spanish speaking population.
While most Spanish folk are seeking a way to improve their lives, (God Bless them) and their families at home, the rest are giving the others a bad name!
IMHO - This needs to be worked on (contained) by the folk from Mexico. Show the USA that you are worthy and deserving of citizenship. Send the criminals from your country packing. They ruin your likelyhood of staying here in the USA.

The US Government started this garbage, I have no problem with Mexicans, never did. One year its Haitians, one year its Yugoslavians, one year its Muslims, one year its Italians, for a while it was the French.
Then this Government tells me that it is Illegal to discriminate against people because of Ethnic,Racial or Origin of Birth.
Next week the Canadians are all going to be taking American jobs and smuggling al-Queda suspects across the border. We can all ways build a wall there also.
