Yes, especially if she eats a lot of placentas. Keep an eye on it though. It can be a sign of illness and the mom can dehydrate since she is losing fluids through the diarrhea dn from lactating!!!

Yes it is. Don't worry..You can give her keopectate to help stop it. Give her 1-2 tablespoons ever 5-6 hours. That should take care of the problem. Also, Very Important....give her warm water with a little kero syrup mixed in it. This helps put back the energy they lost during birthing. Believe it or not it really does get them up and energized faster. Don't give her can food just dry until the pooping problem stops... Hi ,,, yes my pom just had her pups 2mo ago ,and i remember that she had diarrhea for 2 days so i had to call the vet and she said that was normal , just for a couple of days ,, just watch her if she have the diarrhea for more that 3 days call your vet,

It is common because of all the changes in her body. You should take her to a vet so that she doesn't get dehydrated she will probably be weak because of the pups so you have to keep an eye on her health.
