i wanna lose 3 lbs but dont know how and i weigght 135 i think i cant take pills cuz i am only 13 oh and my height is 5'3 do u think i am fat

you can lose weight by quitting drinking sodas, quit eating fatty foods: junk foods, minimize your red meat: steak, chicken legs, wings, thighs, etc., minimize dairy products: milk, chocolate (candy bars), and white bread. And most of all, minimize the sweets. Rather, eat healthy foods: vegetables, fruits, and drink a lot of water. Most of all, exercise daily at least 15 minutes. You're slightly overweight, according to your BMI you are in the 88% of other girls your age. Although dont worry too much, the average american is overweight. You're bmi is around 23.9-ish. something like that. You should stop eating candy and soda all together. Don't eat fast food. Eat more veggies, juices (real juice, not sunny delight) and meat, and fish. Lots of fish. I can tell you a whole life of foods that can help you. Try biking or walking to school. Or if you live too far, walk a mile towards home everyday and have your mom or dad pick you up there. Do a sport like swimming. That is one of the best sports for your whole body. It gives you strength and makes you more flexible and works cardio. and it's doing it for your whole body without stress on parts, like running does.

btw, you're not "fat" your normal BMI should be 18-24. So you're on the line. But can lose up to 3-5 pounds just by sleeping and weighing yourself in the morning. No worries. Good for you for wanting to better yourself

Aim to get to 127, that's "ideal" so says the "BMI charts" whatever. But just to let you know that 114lbs is when you hit underweight.

dont stress over 3 lbs hon, I need to loose 30. just drink a glass of water before each meal. you pee a lot, but that is good for you to clean out your body.

Sports is the only key
other way r so bad and u will hav complications after u doing this things
try 2 find sport u will like it and do it or go 2 the gym
